Student Accomodation
Accomodation at the University of Exeter varies greatly. Most students in the the second and third years of their degree choose to live in privately-rented accomodation near the main Streatham Campus. Victoria Street, Springfield Road, Union Road, and Pennsylvania Road are all popular student areas. The Victoria Inn on Union Road, and the Imperial Hotel on New North Road are favourite student watering holes.
For first years, Exeter University - and, increasingly, private landlords such as Unite - offer a wide range of accomodation options to suit most tastes and budgets.
Locations include: Birks Grange, Holland Hall, Hope Hall, Lopes Hall, St Luke’s Hall, Bonhay House, Clydesdale Rise, Cook Mews, Nash Grove, James Owen Court, King Edward Street, Lafrowda, and St David’s. Go to Exeter University’s accomodation guide for further information.
